Medha Kedar Tonapi is a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor and founder of Health in Your Mind.

She is an MS in Psychotherapy and Counseling from Manasa Education for Mental Health, Bangalore, providing therapy to individuals, couples and young parents. She has worked with couples on marital problems and relationship issues. The therapies address Depression, Anxiety, Social Phobia, Stress, Low Self-esteem and Behavioral Problems. As a therapist, she feels the body, mind and spirit work together and connects one to a larger and meaningful reality- "beyond the personal", which guides one to a universal awareness of oneself.
Along with a client-centred approach she uses the CBT, REBT, NLP approach in the practice of her therapy. She also provides psychotherapy and counselling for Marriage Counselling and Women’s issues.

She coaches parents to help them create a nurturing atmosphere for their children. Apart from individual counselling, she also holds workshops for students, parents and teachers at schools and corporates.
